GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Milwaukee-area developer-builder. The company is adding a Senior Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial Ground-Up to its team in Milwaukee, WI. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Ground-up commercial experience on local projects, multifamily preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead ground-up multifamily and mixed-use buildings
- Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
- Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
- Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners
Requirements
- Ground-up commercial experience on local projects, multifamily preferred.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
