About the Role:
Brady Commercial Construction Services is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Project Engineer to join their growing team in Corona, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects
- Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure timely approvals
- Assist with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and scope management
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with change order management
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure work is progressing per plans, specs, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate project logs, meeting minutes, and correspondence records
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and field crews to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial construction project engineering or related role
- Proficiency with construction management software, Microsoft office and able to learn our own software
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations
