Job Title: Chief Engineer
Location: Chino, California (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are recruiting for an opportunity focused on the operational leadership and day-to-day management of building engineering activities. Our team is seeking a professional who can help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of critical building systems while supporting high standards of service and uptime.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of refrigeration, cooling, heating, pumping, piping, filtering, and related mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance activities, repair planning, inventory levels, purchase order requests, and contractor oversight within the building.
• Identify safety hazards, support safety training, and maintain infrastructure and compliance documentation, including drawings and single-lines.
• Lead engineers and maintenance staff, support training and development, and promote consistent use of critical work authorization processes.

Required:

• Associate degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3+ years of facility-related work experience, including customer service, leadership, and supervisory experience.
• Managerial experience required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMMS systems, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent internal and external customer service.
• Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
• Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent.
• Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling and pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation; Corrigo experience is nice to have.
