Location: Springfield, IL (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- 6 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow functional consulting experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and SLA Management.
- Good knowledge of CMDB and CSDM concepts.
- Good understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Strong experience conducting requirements-gathering and process-design workshops.
- Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations from requirements through go-live.
- Experience with functional testing and UAT coordination.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
- Ability to work effectively with Solution Architects, developers, testers, process owners, and Product Owners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
