Store Manager
Whizz, a leader in innovative transportation solutions for delivery riders, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Chicago e-bike store. This is a leadership role where you will oversee all store operations, drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Salary : $65,000$70,000 + performance-based bonuses
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Store Management :
- Own the overall performance of the store, including sales, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Set and execute business goals, KPIs, and strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including customer service associates and mechanics.
- Implement operational improvements and process optimizations to maximize productivity and store efficiency.
- Develop training programs and performance reviews to grow employee skills and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion and innovation.
- Create and maintain operational policies and standard procedures, ensuring consistency across the store.
- Ensure precise and efficient handling of Work Orders (W.O.), maintaining accurate records for all service and repair tasks.
Sales and Customer Experience :
Drive client-facing sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling accessories and additional services, while consistently meeting subscription sales targets.Develop strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.Ensure an exceptional, consistent, and scalable customer experience across all touchpoints.Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance service offerings and loyalty programs.Sales, Marketing & Brand Representation :
Plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.Maintain a strong brand presence and positive reputation on public platforms.Reporting & Business Insights :
Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to provide actionable insights to leadership.Maintain effective communication with corporate teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Provide recommendations for store improvements, product mix, and operational processes.
