Our Impact

The Single-Family Acquisitions Quality Control and Operational Risk Management Team is responsible for managing compliance and operational risk for the division.

Your Impact

In this role, you will partner with Single-Family Acquisitions division management to perform the following activities for significant issues :

• Collaborate with a team of knowledgeable and motivated risk management professionals
• Communicate issue status / progress effectively to senior management
• Act as a key contributor toward building out a Fair Lending risk management operation and organization
• Establish and manage a Fair Lending Governance process for the entire SF Division
• Be responsible for all internal and 3rd party oversight of compliance program effectiveness
• Ensure new compliance requirements are accurately and timely implemented
• Maintain and effective relationship with Enterprise Compliance team
