What You'll Do

As a Java Cloud Developer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-performance, cloud-based solutions that support critical banking and financial services applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale applications in cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Build and enhance scalable microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain APIs, event-driven applications, and distributed systems
• Create data-driven solutions utilizing PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, and BigQuery
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Participate in application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices across development teams

What We're Looking For

• 4-7 years of hands-on software development experience
• Proven experience building cloud-native, enterprise-grade applications
• Strong understanding of API design and distributed systems
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging solutions
• Demonstrated coding expertise with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code
• Prior experience within Financial Services is required
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud migration and application modernization programs
• Exposure to Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, or similar event-streaming technologies
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments
