Job Description

In this role you will:

• Design, develop and implement test hardware and software for production testing of new products. Evaluate deadlines, goals and develop project schedules.
• Design, develops, and implement solutions to improve test yields, reduce overall test time, provide for test capacity increases, minimize downtime, and optimize test/process flows. This includes implementing new processes and technologies, utilizing statistical tools, and developing innovations to existing problems and issues.
• Analyze and critiques equipment designs/processes relative to market requirements, manufacturability, costs and technical requirements.
• Identify technical and quality problems, determines alternatives and evaluates them to arrive at the most acceptable approach including conformity to specifications, reliability, cost effectiveness, testability and reparability.
• Identify need for, assesses and/or develops technical/process specification standards and participates in establishing the procedures to ensure they are followed.
• Prepare and present technical reports to influence the decision making process. Provide technical information and participates as a speaker in technical programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge NI Teststand and NI Labview
• Strong RF knowledge
• Strong knowledge of test systems hardware and software architecture
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Familiarity with Python, C & C++

Target Base Salary Range: $58,500 - $85,200

Basic Requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
• Applicable intern or industry experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
