A company is looking for a Data & Support Analyst I to diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot user-reported issues within their systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Define, analyze, and troubleshoot internal and external end-user issues related to applications
Communicate with stakeholders through ticketing systems and document results
Proactively inform leadership of potentially critical issues
Required Qualifications :
Prior professional experience in software, webapp, and / or database troubleshooting and support
Basic proficiency in SQL with at least 1 year of experience
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
