AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Prep Cook .

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
  • Gather all necessary salad / sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
  • Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes
  • Manage food inventory when necessary
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Encourage good customer relations through product promotion

Requirements :

  • Culinary experience or education preferred
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and food presentations skills
  • Customer service focused nature
