Join our team
As the successful Crop Specialist will efficiently and effectively design and implement fertilizer, seed, and chemical programs for the grow team exceeding customer expectations. They also maintain spray records and track chemical costs and usage. Crop specialist will identify potential risks to crop health and communicate these risks to the team, produce quality plants through proper cultural practices. Key responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with safety policies and regulations to promote a safe working environment.
