FNP ANCC, AANP or other BCs? ABMS boards only in EMFM-IM; ANCC or AANP; NCCPA Will the facility accept alternative boards? ABPS? No RESIDENCY TRAINED REQUIREMENTS EM,FM,IM residency accepted. Must have completed residency ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS Required? EM boarded needs ACLS and PALS (AHA); FM / IM boarded needs ACLS, PALS (AHA) and ATLS; APPs need ACLS, PALS (AHA) and ATLS STAFFING MODEL MDDO 24 PHYSICIAN SHIFT TIMES 24 MDDO SHIFT TIMES 7a-7p, 7p-7a CALL REQUIREMENT None ANNUAL VOLUME 13K PATIENTS PER DAY 35 % EMS 6.40% % ADMITTED PATIENTS 6.20% TRAUMA LEVEL DESIGNATION None SCRIBE COVERAGE None EMR SYSTEM EPIC ACTIVE STATE LICENSE REQUIRED TO PROCEED? Yes, NY and NY DEA FLU OR OTHER IMMUNIZATIONS REQUIRED? WAIVER CONSIDERED? Flu and PPD PRIVILEGING TIMEFRAME 45-60 days EXPEDITED LOCUM PRIVILEGES? No-but temps can be issued after the following are rec'd : 3 refs, NPDB, background ck, verification of ed, training, boards and affiliations ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS (Orientation / EMR training) PCC sets up orientation-ss, dl, current ppd, current flu, diploma, residency cert, board cert, NY med lic registration, NY DEA, NY infection control cert, photo, cme's from past 2 years, case logs from past 2 years, ACLS, PALS and ATLS, $50 app fee for physicians, COI's from past 5 years
