Harbor is seeking a Registration Specialist to join the Harbor team, working with OhioMeansJobs! This position is responsible for greeting OhioMeansJobs customers, checking customers in for services, performing eligibility and data coordination duties, as well as data entry and reporting. Position also works with internal and external customers to deliver information related to OMJ services.

Position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Education / Experience / Other Requirements :

• An associate’s degree in applied business or closely-related field is required, or may substitute four years of closely related experience for associate’s degree.
• An additional two years of customer service experience in health / mental health care is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately with a variety of individuals.
• Must be able to type accurately.
• Strongly prefer prior computer / PC experience using Microsoft word processing, spreadsheets, and computerized billing systems.
• Must be honest, dependable, self-disciplined, organized, possess good communication skills, and be able to work well as a team member.
• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
