Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new laws;

enforcing adherence to requirements; advising warehouse personnel on needed actions.

Provide a safe environment in all warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair.

Maintains warehouse staff by orienting, and training employees.

Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, planning, monitoring, and disciplining warehouse staff.

Communicate with our China factory on all shipments to our Huntington Beach warehouse to ensure that all customs documentation is transmitted in a timely manner for clearance.

And that the packing list and commercial invoice is accompanied with all shipments

Communicate with our freight forwarder and our broker to ensure that the ocean and air shipments from our China factory are not delayed and handled quickly.

Negotiate the best rates with UPS and FedEx annually.

Schedule pickups with trucking companies by following customer routing guides

Order warehouse supplies when needed (Pallets, Boxes, Tapes etc..)

Comply with all customers who are currently EDI. Transmit all documents through EDI via SPS Commerce when necessary.

Monitor warehouse inventory levels almost daily and provide semi monthly inventory reports for both Golf and Fishing product to Mike and Don to verify the inventory levels of each product in the warehouse to determine which product to order.

Entered each part number and quantities after receiving a shipment from our China factory, either by sea or by air, in our Winn database.

This is a very important function to keep our inventory numbers accurate.

• 通过开展 协调和施行程序 操作和人员措施及流程来完成收货 仓储和发货之运作
• 研究既有和新法规,确保符合联邦 加州和地方之仓储 物料处理和运输要求,按照要求执行,并对仓库人员需要采取之行动提出建议
• 制定安全措施和制度并进行监督,为所有仓库作业和物品提供安全的环境
• 规划及实施新的设计布局以维持仓库的最佳状态 ;定期检查设备;开立维修工作单
• 培训仓库员工
• 对仓库人员进行必要的教导 咨询 规划 监督及纪律处分以确保其工作成效
• 与中国工厂就至美国仓库之货物运输进行沟通,确保所有海关所需文件得到及时传送以供及时清关
• 与货运代理及经纪沟通,确保中国工厂发出之海运和空运货物得到及时处理,不致延误
• 每年与UPS和 FedEx谈判以获取最优惠之运费价格
• 按照客户要求安排货运公司收件
• 必要时订购仓库用品
• 根据使用EDI客户之要求处理相关文件,必要时通过EDI传输全部文件
• 每天监控仓库库存水平,,每半个月提供一次有关高尔夫和钓鱼产品之库存报告,供核对各种产品之库存量以确定是否需要订购
• 工厂海运或空运货物入库后输入每个产品之编号和数量到数据库,以确保库存数量之准确性

教育 / 职位要求 :

须懂中英文

学士学位或以上

需要有高尔夫或钓鱼经验

须有良好的业绩记录和全面的工作经验

优秀的沟通和表达能力

基本的电脑操作能力

会使用Microsoft Office : Word Excel 和 PowerPoint

懂Dynamics 365 BC优先
