Supply Chain Data Analyst

What You'll Do :
We're looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to reinforce the Supply Chain Systems and Governance team. Working closely with the different supply chain functions (Sourcing, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics) you will contribute to and lead initiatives to manage supply chain data and enable new process capabilities into our Systems.
- Record and manage specific supply chain data in Archer ERP system.
- Reconcile and analyze data to ensure completeness of information in the ERP system
- Understand business and cross-functional requirements related to supply chain data and ensure master data accuracy across departments
- Analyze supply chain data and assist with operational reporting needs
- Develop metrics and dashboards in Archer reporting solutions
- Ensure the proper migration of supply chain data from legacy system to new ERP system
- Assist with new ERP capability implementation for the supply chain processes
- Organize and lead small capabilities improvements projects (Processes / methodologies, automations, collaborative workflows), in relation with other functions and solution providers
- Document functional requirements, pain points and model business processes
- Define specific data models for reporting databases and qualify solutions.
What You Need :
3+ years of relevant work experience (Data Analysis, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply chain, Industrial Engineering or ITMaster's degree to be considered as 1 year of relevant work experienceExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, especially in data governance and analytics (supporting core ERP capabilities : FICO, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production Planning)Experience in using and developing collaborative Workflow solutions (JIRA, OnBase)Experience with data analytics / visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Qlik SenseAbility to query data using SQLStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environmentHighly organized with an strong attention to detailAdvanced critical thinking and problem solving skillsBonus Qualifications :

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $82,560 - $103,200. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
