Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Specialty accepted : Family Medicine Physician

Start date or shifts : January 1 - Ongoing (3-month commitment)

Daily schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, flexible 4-5 days per week

Practice setting : Outpatient Primary Care

Types of procedures : Basic outpatient care, acute and chronic conditions, well-woman exams, allergies, and treatment of minor cuts or sprains

Number of patients : 16-18 per day

Ages : All ages

Additional information : Full-time coverage needed with a minimum 3-month commitment. Must be board certified in Family Medicine with DEA and active state license. Credentialing may take up to 90 days with potential for temporary privileges. Support staff includes LVN, RN, MA, and front office. Guaranteed 8-hour day.
