Piper Companies is hiring a Customer Experience Associate for a small company located in Durham, NC. The Customer Experience Associate will work to help clients with any issues or tickets that come in, as well as provide excellent customer support. The Customer Experience Associate will be a 3 month contract role from October 6th - January th and has potential to extend or become permanent. The Customer Experience Associate will need to work on site in Durham, NC the first week for training and can work remote the remainder of the contract.
Responsibilities for the Customer Experience Associate:
- Respond to inbound customer inquires related to an order, navigating the website, etc.
- Provide email and live chat support to customers while maintaining KPIS
- Provide detailed documentations for peers and leadership when an escalation is made
- Identify and report bugs to the triage team, as well as contribute to process improvement
Requirements for the Customer Experience Associate:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service/support and an understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Familiarity of helpdesk/ticketing systems
- Ability to compartmentalize customer situations and handle each with positive intent
Compensation for the Customer Experience Associate:
- $-/ hour
