Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in Salisbury, MD to evaluate and treat children and adults with communication and swallowing disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods and assistive technology
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity goals
• Participate in team meetings and program development

Qualifications : Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, CPR / First Aid, strong communication skills, experience with diverse populations; bilingual preferred.

Offering : $65,000–$90,000, depending on experience, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), continuing education, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Shift hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Both in-person positions in Salisbury and Delaware locations are available.

Full-time role supporting high-quality, functional care for clients of all ages.
