Inside Sales Representative Team Support

This position will work with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Team to ensure that client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. This position will help support multiple client sites and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Inside Sales and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company. This is a remote position supporting Labcorp's Mid-America Division. However, the selected candidate must reside near a Labcorp laboratory located in one of the following cities : Phoenix, AZ; Englewood, CO; Overland Park, KS; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between physician offices, ISR Team and other internal departments.
• Point person for new account requests, pricing requests, billing inquiries, connectivity needs.
• Participate in campaigns and special projects as needed.
• Ability to structure issues and problem solve in a rapidly changing environment.
• Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution.
• Work in multiple databases to research complex issues, answer questions, and generate qualified leads for the ISR team.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Requirements :

Application window will close on November 24, 2025. Pay Range $20-$23 / hr. All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
