As an Account Executive , you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from generating sales opportunities to negotiating contracts—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative warehouse management solutions. Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Proactively generate sales opportunities using tools like LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and trade show participation.
  • Qualify prospects by gathering key information, developing tailored proposals, and leading the solution development process.
  • Actively pursue and follow up leads to convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Own and lead the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Data Analysts, Solution Consultants, Estimators) to craft customized logistics solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and recommend appropriate services to optimize logistics operations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that align with customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term client partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to offer innovative and effective logistics solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and perform essential administrative tasks in CRM and other systems.
  • Effectively manage client objections and navigate long, complex sales cycles with resilience and strategic focus.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 4 years in an Account Executive or equivalent sales role.
  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in selling automated material handling or warehouse automation solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. Advanced degree (MS or MBA) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success as an individual contributor with an average annual sales volume exceeding $20 million.
  • Proven ability to close high-value projects, including deals exceeding $10 million in total contract value.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% to meet prospective clients across North America and represent the company at industry conferences and events.

    The ideal candidate has a background in engineering and strong interpersonal skills that enable you to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders. You have strong attention to detail and a high degree of integrity in everything you do. In this role, you will lead the development of compelling proposals and confidently deliver presentations to C-level executives, showcasing your superior presentation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
