Salesforce Architect (Field Service & Leankor)

Experience & Responsibilities :

• 7+ Years Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Application projects as a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Implementation in various operational models, including : On-Demand / repair services, Upgrade Services, Planned Maintenance Services.
• Must have experience implementing Salesforce Field Service to support Planned Project based services. Prefer a candidate with experience implementing field services in conjunction with the Leankor Work Management platform.
• Develop comprehensive technical designs, architecture diagrams, and documentation to guide the implementation of Leankor's Work Management Platform.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on Leankor platform configuration, customization, and integration to meet client needs.
• Define data migration and integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow between non-Salesforce Systems and the Leankor Work Management platform.
