Job description

Job Title : Billing Specialist

Location : On Site in Massillon, OH

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist :

  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
  • Review billing data for completeness and accuracy
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closings
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing consistency
  • Track job costs for billing purposes

    • Qualifications of the Billing Specialist :

  • Proven experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar accounting role
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
