Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring an Access Van Driver! Immediate openings! Working hours are currently Monday-Friday, as early as 6 am and end as late as 7 : 30 pm. $17.65 per hour to start, 40 hours per week with occasional overtime as needed. Excellent opportunity to get into a transportation career.

Duties :

• Safely transport individuals to various destinations using a specially equipped van
• Provide passenger support to enter and exit the van
• Securely load and unload passengers using a wheelchair lift or other accessibility features
• Assist riders with securing wheelchairs and other personal belongings within the van
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all riders
• Communicate clearly with passengers regarding their transportation needs
• Keep all client and passenger interactions professional
• Respect passenger privacy and dignity
• Operate the access van per all state traffic laws and safety regulations
• Maintain awareness of road conditions and potential hazards
• Follow designated routes and schedules
• Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Immediately report any mechanical or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate trip logs and passenger information
• Accurately complete all required paperwork
• Other duties as assigned
