Gem State Staffing in Boise is currently hiring CDL and Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers for a reputable local furniture moving and delivery company. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals seeking steady work, excellent team culture, and long-term employment potential.

Job Summary : As a Box Truck Driver, youll be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering furniture to both residential and commercial customers across the Treasure Valley. Drivers will also assist with weighing, securing, and unloading loads, as well as closing and cleaning the warehouse at the end of the day. This position requires physical stamina, safe driving practices, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely operate a box truck (CDL or Non-CDL depending on vehicle and assignment)
• Load, secure, transport, and unload furniture and related items
• Weigh and balance loads to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers during deliveries
• Assist in warehouse closing and cleaning duties at end of shift
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures
• Maintain schedules and meet time commitments
• Work occasional overtime, Saturdays, and holidays as needed

Requirements :

For CDL Drivers (Class A or B) :

Pay : From $18.00 / hour (DOE) CDL Drivers start at $20.00+ / hour (DOE)

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, with possible overtime and occasional Saturdays
