Assistant Manager
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1900 North Belt East location in Belleville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to success.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing and motivating team members, running shifts efficiently, handling customer inquiries, managing cash transactions, assisting in inventory management, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, training new team members, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, collaborating with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction, assisting in scheduling and payroll management, and responding to and resolving operational issues as they arise.
Qualifications include proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent customer service orientation, proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills, ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, effective communication skills, detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency, knowledge of food safety regulations and practices, proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications, ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training is a plus.
