Assistant Manager
Domino's in Collinsville, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 608 Vandalia St location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, managing and motivating team members to maintain high performance standards, running shifts efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction, assisting in inventory management and stock control, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, managing cash transactions and maintaining accurate financial records, participating in store cleaning and maintenance tasks, supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals, contributing to team training and development initiatives, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met at all times.
Qualifications include proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, strong leadership abilities and experience in managing teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems, strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions, time management and organizational skills, positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences, previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred, knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
