Assistant Manager
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 3988 Maryvile Rd location in Granite City, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing and motivating team members, running shifts efficiently, handling customer inquiries, assisting in training new team members, managing cash handling and financial transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, collaborating with the store manager, monitoring inventory levels, contributing to achieving store sales targets, and adapting to changing priorities.
Qualifications include proven leadership skills, strong math and problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, experience in running shifts in a food service or retail environment, proficiency in cash handling, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, outstanding communication skills, flexibility to work various shifts, basic computer skills, knowledge of food safety standards, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
