Title : Director, Client Experience, Reporting & Analytics
Location : Boston, MA / Hartford, CT
Pay : $150,000 – $200,000
Job Type : Full‑time, permanent (Questpro – Contingent)

Position Overview : In this non‑team‑management role you will be the main point of contact for day‑to‑day activities surrounding the ongoing servicing of an existing group of clients, ranging from direct insurance carriers to banks, and high‑level executive and other related subcontractors such as TPAs. You will handle and oversee client deliverables, client reporting, and onboarding of active and prospective clients in partnership with carrier partners. You will also work closely with one or more of the principals and sales support teams on special projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities :
Required Education & Licenses : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Experience : Executive benefit plans, non‑qualified / deferred compensation plans, phantom stock plans, COLI, split dollar, bank‑owned life insurance, private placement VUL.
Vendor Partner Experience : Strong preference for experience working with record‑keeping companies and TPAs.
