CoverMyMeds' Pharmacy Product team is a high-performing group of product managers focused on delivering innovative solutions for pharmacies that improve patient outcomes. Together with various business units, the Pharmacy Product team helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives. As Sr. Director, Network Pharmacy Product & Innovation, you will lead product strategy and innovation efforts across the pharmacy portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping long-term vision, driving strategic alignment across business units, and delivering measurable impact through product innovation. This role operates at the intersection of market trends, enterprise strategy, and customer needs, requiring a strong blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and talent development.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. 13+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience). Proven success in launching 0-to-1 products that effectively solve market painpoints and generate desired outcomes. Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, especially pharmacy interactions with payers, providers, and manufacturers. Expertise in product development methodologies (e.g., Agile), portfolio management, and lifecycle planning. Preferred skills include strong financial acumen and experience with budget planning.
