$59-64k annually ($50-55k salary + $750 monthly car / phone stipend)
Production Technician (Field Service Representative – Konica Minolta Production)
The Field Service Representative (Production) plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients. This position is responsible for handling service requests, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance and repairs on high-volume Konica Minolta production equipment. This role requires strong electromechanical skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, and a focus on ensuring client satisfaction while serving as the primary contact for service-related needs.
RESPONSIIBILTIES : Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive service and support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of requests
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on large-scale Konica Minolta production systems
- Conduct technical diagnostics, apply software updates, and carry out installations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding equipment performance and inventory needs
- Share best practices and assist teammates with service-related procedures
QUALIFICATIONS : Skills
Hands-on electromechanical experience, proficiency with multi-meters and electrical schematicsStrong time management, dependability, and organizational skillsValid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insuranceAbility to regularly lift 50 pounds and complete physical tasksRelevant certifications in equipment service, maintenance, or related fields preferredExperience
Previous experience in technical service or equipment support roles, ideally in production environmentsBackground in working with high volume, printer / copier systems in production environmentsSolid background in electromechanical work (i.e. HVAC, automotive, or military technical experience)Comfortable with structured technical training and independently completing service assignmentsFamiliarity with electrical safety standards and component handlingEducation
