Job Summary

The United Center, the largest arena in the United States, is located on the West Side of Chicago. Home to the NHLs Chicago Blackhawks and NBAs Chicago Bulls, the venue also hosts concerts, shows, and other large-scale events.

Job Overview

Join Levy at the United Center as a Loft Attendant, helping deliver top-tier hospitality in our newly launched loft suites. You'll set up, maintain, and service loft suites before, during, and after events to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and clean loft suites pre- and post-event

Maintain suite inventory and restock items using FIFO method

Greet and assist guests with professionalism

Clear tables, remove trash, and reset spaces during events

Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members

Troubleshoot issues and stay adaptable in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

Hospitality or guest service experience preferred

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Positive attitude and attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
