Location : Onsite - Irvine, CA

Job Type : Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 40 hours / week

Pay Rate : $22.00 / hour

About the Role :

This is a dynamic position where your exceptional customer service, organizational skills, and proactive approach will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers and vendors. From managing work orders to completing mark-ups, you'll be a key player in ensuring seamless operations, timely solutions, and overall customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Provide daily updates to clients on open jobs and ongoing service activity
  • Act as a liaison between field technicians and clients , ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Manage and track work orders , ensuring they're completed accurately and on time
  • Assist in completing mark-ups and follow-up documentation as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and update job status in internal systems
  • Support coordination and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth service delivery

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Prior experience in customer service, account coordination, or dispatch is a plus
