Job Summary

LEDdynamics, a division of Fusion Optix, is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler for its production facility in Randolph, VT. This position is directly responsible for the assembly, testing and packaging of custom electronics products specific to the lighting industry. Work is performed on various product lines ranging from small hand assemblies to full-scale fixture builds. Expected working hours are from 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm Monday through Friday, plus overtime as needed.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and bills of materials; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials as needed.
• Responsible for hand assembly of electronic components and fixtures including wiring, soldering, electrical testing, and packaging.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Responsible for meeting daily production quotas on time.
• Reports on all production issues, malfunctions or defective parts.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and rules.
• Completes other tasks as assigned by shift supervisor.
