JOB PURPOSE :

• Honda is seeking a skilled UX Designer to develop and refine user-centered experiences across digital touchpoints, including in-vehicle systems, mobile apps and web.
• The UX Designer will work independently on design initiatives, leveraging research insights and industry best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly designs.
• This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :

Bachelor s degree in UX (User Experience), Human Factors, Psychology, Design, HCI (Human Computer Interaction), or a related field of study OR equivalent relevant industry experience.

At least 3 years of demonstrable industry experience in UX design.

Proficiency in Figma.
