About The Position

Job Title : Ultrasound Technologist

Job Type : Contract | 13 Weeks | Day Shift

Overview :

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join a dedicated imaging team in a welcoming rural healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound exams, including general, abdominal, obstetric, and small parts imaging. This position offers the chance to work with compassionate professionals who are committed to delivering accurate and timely patient results.

Responsibilities :

Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures with precision and attention to detail. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the examination process while maintaining high standards of image quality. Collaborate closely with radiologists and other clinical staff to support diagnostic evaluations. Maintain accurate records and follow departmental protocols to ensure consistent workflow efficiency.

Requirements :

Active state licensure as an Ultrasound Technologist. Experience with OB and general ultrasound required. Proficiency in CPSI or Evident charting systems preferred. Must hold current BLS certification and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A positive attitude and a focus on patient care are essential for success in this role.

Schedule Details :

Day shift position with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Some weekend or holiday coverage may be required.
