BILLING & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR

M.T. Laney Co. Inc. is a premier paving & construction site contractor with established years of experience. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Billing & A / R Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in accounting, contract administration, and project coordination—particularly within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers
• Prepare and process invoicing and billing, including AIA billing
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including collections
• Review contracts and bid submission
• Maintain historical records by scanning and filing documents
