Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities / Qualifications :
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of GD&T
- Process documentation skills
- Familiarity with quality standards
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Engineering)
- 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable being on the manufacturing floor working with equipment and operators
- CAD experience a plus
- Ability to communicate across multiple depts
