We are seeking a Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable professional who can manage front office operations while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.

Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and visitor logs.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, packages, emails).

Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in front office, administrative, or customer service roles.
