Under the direction of the Divisional Sales Manager, you are an experienced sales professional who contributes to the team and Empire Homes' sales efforts by continually reaching and exceeding sales goals. You will represent Empire Homes by effectively communicating company products and services to prospects. Your sales acumen will help you identify and qualify prospects to secure sales. Initiating, monitoring, and expediting the home buying process to reach company-established sales goals are key deliverables of this role.

This role is located at our Chastain Community in Chattanooga, TN

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the new home construction industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly explain the building process, and negotiate effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel), report creation, and database management. Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to interpret customer needs, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, interact professionally with realtors, on-site teams, leadership, and sales associates to drive business strategies.
  • High school diploma required; college education in business, sales, or real estate preferred.

  • What You'll Be Doing Each Day

  • Sales & Customer Relations : Communicate product offerings, guide homebuyers through the sales process, and maintain relationships with customers, realtors, and lenders to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitive insights, and community information to provide comparisons and enhance sales strategies.
  • Sales Process & Documentation : Complete and manage all sales agreements, reports, and customer documentation with timely processing and compliance.
  • Model Home & Site Management : Maintain clean, well-stocked model and inventory homes, ensure proper signage, and conduct regular inspections to uphold presentation standards.
  • Communication & Coordination : Facilitate smooth transactions by keeping buyers informed, coordinating with builders, closing coordinators, and leadership, and attending sales meetings and industry events.
