We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team. The ideal candidate will work with young children and their families to promote development and enhance daily living skills through therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to identify children's developmental needs and create individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support children's growth and development.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to families on strategies to enhance their child's development at home.
Requirements :
Skills and Qualifications :
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.Experience working with children, particularly in early intervention settings, is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and families.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
