The territory for this position is : East TX / Louisiana.

The Territory Manager (TM) is part of the U.S. Sales team and adds value for Husqvarna and its dealers by cultivating a business relationship that facilitates each dealer's growth, optimal performance, and success. The TM is responsible for securing and developing new dealers that help meet sales and market-share goals for the territory. This position will plan, enhance, and measure the performance of assigned dealers, as well as service the dealer base. This job regularly requires being in front of the customers to present products, promotional programs, etc. Required travel is up to 60% with overnights required. Some weekend travel may be required for special events.

What You Need to Know :

• Develop a plan to increase company brand position in assigned territory
• Gain dealer commitment & orders
• Make planned dealer-calls and document the discussions and outcomes in CRM
• Demonstrate equipment and provide product application learning opportunities. Able to lift 40-50 lbs to demo and set up trade shows
• Facilitate the success of sales, marketing, and promotional campaigns
• Acquaint dealers with the latest selling techniques
• Monitor dealer inventory levels and drive business adjustments as required
• Represent Husqvarna at trade, industry, and dealer shows
