We are seeking a Business Operations Architect to drive business process alignment with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships between teams, streamline processes, and enhance productivity. They will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

The Business Operations Architect will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

Location : Daily onsite presence at our San Jose Headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy.

What You'll Do

• Incorporate advanced analysis techniques using Business Intelligence (BI) and process design tools to enhance the precision of business process frameworks, ensuring they align closely with strategic objectives.
• Employ innovative solutions and best practices to optimize operations for scalability and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency. Leverage insights from market trends and organizational data to inform strategic decision-making and ensure long-term sustainability.
• Foster strong relationships between project teams and departments to streamline business processes. Utilize integrated solutions to enhance productivity and performance across the organization.
• Identify areas for improvement within business processes and implement targeted enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Continuously refine processes using innovative methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop robust frameworks to identify and mitigate potential risks to business operations. Implement contingency plans to ensure continuity and resilience in the face of disruptions.
• Define key metrics to assess process performance and drive continuous improvement. Regularly review performance data to identify areas for enhancement and implement strategic actions to achieve business objectives.
• Generate actionable insights from data analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and manage project timelines and risks effectively.
• Efficiently strategize the management of legacy systems, integrating data-driven approaches for modernization and optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize updates and minimize disruptions, while continuously monitoring performance for ongoing improvement.

Individual pay rates depend on a number of factorsincluding the role's function and location, as well as the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training. Base Pay Range $113,600 - $172,800 USD
