Job description
A company is looking for a CJIS Systems Modernization Lead / Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Lead CJIS domain analysis for LEIN and ALIAS systems, identifying architecture, data flow, and compliance gaps
Advise business process and IT teams on CJIS Security Policy and modernization requirements
Conduct stakeholder interviews and readiness assessments, translating findings into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
10+ years in IT consulting, system modernization, or operational consulting for law enforcement or criminal justice systems
Direct experience with CJIS-compliant environments and law-enforcement data systems
Hands-on understanding of CJIS Security Policy controls (authentication, encryption, data access)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or related field
Preferred certifications : PMP, CISSP, or equivalent
