Project Engineer I

Overview

Project Engineer I role at Calista Corporation. This position is with Tunista Construction LLC, a subsidiary of Calista Brice, located in Tacoma, WA. The role involves a balance of field and office work to support construction projects.

Pay Range : $78,000 - $105,000 per year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the annual rate; actual salary varies based on qualifications, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package as outlined in the companys bonus policy.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans and contract terms including job cost coding.
• Ensure field activities adhere to contract plans, specifications, and company policies.
• Serve as liaison with construction managers and other contacts to facilitate project objectives.
• Coordinate work schedule, communications, and activities with subcontractors.
• Complete daily project reporting, including cost analysis, timekeeping, environmental and permit compliance, daily reports, QA / QC, quantities, and safety program documentation.
• Coordinate project activities between office management and field management.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project participants.
• Ensure compliance with current project schedule and project completion documentation.
• Work with Cost Accounting to manage the financial aspects of the contract to protect company interests.
