Staff Management | SMX is hiring a Warehouse Bilingual Team Lead for first and second shift.

This position reports to the shift Supervisor and will lead the daily shipping and receiving function to ensure the facility is running at optimal productivity levels.

This Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for the communicating and executing warehouse processes to leadership.

Shifts : 1st Shift, 2nd Shift.

Employment Types : Full Time.

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour Duties : Meet with office staff for the day's assignments and scheduled work plan.

Verify all Temp / Dock workers are present and know their assignments.

Prepare daily station assignments to turn into management Work with the yard hostler to make sure the correct trailers are in the doors to maintain FIFO.

Help identify maintenance needs around the warehouse and notify management promptly.

Lead, coach, and direct other warehouse associates on proper handling procedures and help train new associates.

Accurately fill out trailer unload checklist to turn into management.

At the end of each shift, make sure the dock is free of clutter and debris and is set up and ready for the next shift.

Effectively convey and motivate the team to accomplish the account's goals.

Position Requirements : Position Requirements : High School or Equivalent Must be able to fluently read, write and speak English and Spanish Minimum 1 year of warehouse systems knowledge or warehouse operations knowledge is required Computer knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs Must be able to work in non-temperature climate environments in a warehouse setting Requirements : Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education : HS Diploma or GED.
