Facility Management Coordinator

Execute facility-related transactions in SAP software, including processing invoices and work orders, creating purchase requisitions, and modifying preventative maintenance plans. Track, monitor, and report on facility-related expenses to ensure budget adherence. Maintain inventory for office furniture and supplies. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with office space planning and allocations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance. Serve as back up to our Front Desk staff to greet visitors, answer phone calls, monitor security systems, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Provide administrative support for site leadership, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, note-taking, and presentation preparation. Facilitate communication between the site leadership team and other departments. Actively participate in engagement committees (e.g., Fun Committee, Charitable Giving Committee) by organizing team-building events, celebrations, donation drives, and volunteer opportunities. Plan and execute morale-boosting initiatives such as office parties, birthdays, team recognition events, and engagement activities.

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with SAP or other similar enterprise resource planning software preferred.
