Therapist - Early Childhood / Children's Therapist (Mt. Sterling, KY)

Salary : $55,000 - $73,125

Educational Requirements : Licensed / Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or other behavioral science field. Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, may be considered, with experience in population of focus, coupled with approval by the Department of Behavioral Health. Therapist is required to have working knowledge of the general behavioral health outpatient setting and clients of all ages and issues. Therapist must comply with all supervision requirements of their respective board.

Duties / Responsibilities : Provide assessment, consultation, education / training and therapy to clients 0-12, their families and professionals serving this population of focus.

Experience Required : A working knowledge of early childhood development, as well as, the requirement of experience working with pre-school age children and their families. Prefer specific higher education class addressing the specific needs and treatment of the 0-5 population.

Work Schedule : A minimum of 37 ½ hours a week is required for the position of outpatient therapist. The specific work schedule will be negotiated between the outpatient therapist and the Clinic Director.
