You’ll play a critical role in master planning, programming, and strategic facility development, helping to define the future of healthcare spaces.

This role may work from our Charlotte, St Louis or Houston studio. This position is a planning expert and resource responsible for leading clients and project teams to successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do :

Lead Healthcare Planning & Strategy

• Develop project-specific space programs that align with client needs.
• Guide master planning efforts and assist in project pre-design packages.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, design metrics, and regulatory standards.
