Pe-Enrollment & Billing Specialist
Join our dynamic team as a PE-Enrollment & Billing specialist where you will leverage your expertise in MS Office UiPath and Qiclink to streamline enrollment processes. Responsibilities :
- Oversee the enrollment and billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
- Utilize MS Office tools to manage and analyze enrollment data effectively.
- Implement automation solutions using UiPath to enhance process efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Manage and maintain Qiclink systems to ensure seamless enrollment and billing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any enrollment-related issues.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve billing processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all enrollment activities.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all enrollment and billing procedures.
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to enrollment systems.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of enrollment and billing processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to support the companys strategic goals.
Qualifications :
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office for data management and analysis.Possess hands-on experience with UiPath for process automation.Exhibit expertise in Qiclink systems for enrollment and billing operations.Have a strong understanding of the Payer domain and its associated processes.Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Display effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and manage tasks efficiently.Salary and Other Compensation : Applications will be accepted until November 5th, 2025. The hourly rate for this position is $15 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
