1. Payroll for employees and contractors on Quickbooks

2. Accounts payable and receivable

3. Prepare checks for leases and TIN matching

4. Reconcile bank accounts on Quickbooks

5. Prepare and send W2s and 1099s

6. HR duties including sending landman contracts

7. Set up contractors in Quickbooks and Billing System

8. Furnish verifications of employment

9. Make travel arrangements

10. Run office errands

11. Separate and distribute mail

12. Help landmen with reports

13. Special projects

14. Must know Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Office
